HOW TO USE:
1. Clean your nails, then push back your cuticles and trim the nail surface like a normal manicure process.
2. Apply a base coat and then cure under an LED/UV lamp.
3. Apply a thin coat of Cat's Eye Nail Polish and cure under LED light for 30-60 seconds and under UV light for 90-120 seconds.
4. Apply a second coat of Cat's Eye Shine (do not cure), place a magnet on the nail for 10 seconds for a cat's eye effect, then cure under LED/UV light.
5. Apply top coat and cure under LED/UV light.
